SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery

Standard orders are processed the next business day (Monday through Friday not including holidays) pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via standard delivery should arrive in 7 to 10 days. Standard delivery is sent via US Postal Service. You may also select UPS charges apply. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for any custom orders.

For overnight delivery orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 12PM CST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 12PM CST through Friday 12PM CST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM CST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Canada Alaska Hawaii or to PO boxes.

RETURN POLICY

You must call or email Shoe Gypsy to receive a RAN. Shoes may be returned (.right now. within 7 days after christmas) within 14 days of purchase date on the receipt. Shoes must be unworn in the original shoebox placed inside the external shipping box in which they were received. The RAN must be visibly written on the external shipping box. Shoes may be exchanged for another size color or style or you may request a refund. Refunds will be given for the price of the shoe minus the shipping costs.
